Lose 10lbs in 30 Days (Gym Edition)

Perform this workout program in this specific order.

Day 1 - Weight Lifting Session 1

Day 2- Weight Lifting Session 2

Day 3 - Bombshell Bounce

Day 4 - 45 minutes cardio of your choice or you can follow one of the workouts in the Cardio selection

**For advanced results, you can repeat either Weight Lifting Session 1 & Weight Lifting Session 2 on another day.

In addition to doing these workouts, you would need to add at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days per week. Cardio can be from our cardio catalog or you can do walking, running, or other forms of cardio.
